Real Madrid seeks to sign Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe
According to Spanish media reports today, Wednesday, August 2, 2023, the Spanish club Real Madrid is seeking to sign Paris Saint-Germain and France national team player Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe’s contract with PSG expires at the end of next season, after the player refused to activate the extension clause of the contract until 2025.
PSG is seeking to sell Mbappe before the start of the new season, in an attempt to make a financial return from selling him, rather than leaving for free at the end of the contract.
Real Madrid hope to succeed in signing Mbappe, one of the best young players in the world, to strengthen the ranks of the team and its future plans. However, the matter is still in its infancy and no formal agreement has been announced yet.
